ValorWearUSA is committed to providing our customers with K9 gear that is made to last. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any issues with our gear, please email us with a detailed description of the problem and photos for reference. Please note that our warranty excludes damages due to normal wear and tear, natural breakdown of materials, and use or abuse of our products.
Custom Build

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on unused, non-customized items, within 30 days of delivery. Customization includes products with embroidery, custom patches, or items ordered by special request.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once your return is received you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, less any original shipping costs and the restocking fee.
